WBA
- Two
wins out of 3 in the win over Islwyn. Well done everyone.
WBA -
Congratulations to all the team for a fine win over Girlings in the WBA.
Lets use this game as the platform for the rest of season.

ARIL 2008
The
first match will be on Saturday the 19th April away to caerleon. Could all
players wishing to play meet at the club house on TUESDAY 15th APRIL at
7.00pm to enter their names on the team sheet. If you cant make it and would
like to play give me a call or email.

Happy new year to you all. The fixtures page has now been updated with the
E.V.B.A inter draw.

DECEMBER 2007
The
green is starting to look a lot better after some hard work by the
groundsman to repair the damage left behind by the footballers. Lets hope
they stay off over the winter. Don keep an eye out.

VICE PRESIDENT
The club
wishes to congratulate John Berry for becoming the Vice President of the
Eastern Valley Bowls Association. We wish him all the very best for the
coming season.

NOVEMBER 2007 - NEW
WEB SITE LAUNCHED
A new web site for the club
has been created, to ensure that the club is promoted on the worldwide web and also give all members
and clubs up to date information on Panteg Park Bowls Club. It is also hoped that it
will be a vehicle to introduce new members to the club and sport.

PRESENTATION EVENING
The
evening was well attended and many thanks to our special guests for presenting the cups. The club would also like to thank John Berry for
organising the evening which was a great success.
- AUGUST 2007 - WE
JUST MISSED OUT ON PROMOTION
It went to
the last game of the season to decide the promotion to division 3. Panteg
Park missing out by only 4 points. We can look back on a very successful
season considering that we had only the bare minimum of members to select
from. Well done everyone, with the same commitment and hopefully a few more
members we can push for promotion next season

AUGUST
2007 - CLUBS FINALS DAY.
The
weather was excellent and the bowling was superb. The club would like to
thank the organisers for a memorable day. The standard of bowls in all
competitions was very high and this showed in the even scores throughout the
finals. The results were as follows.
